The Role
We are looking for a brilliant Senior Marketing Executive to join the team and play a key role in delivering standout work for the Scrumptious brand and our clients. This is an exciting, broad, hands-on role, where no two days look the same.
You’ll take ownership of content and campaign execution, with a particular focus on email and LinkedIn - from shaping ideas through to bringing them to life. You’ll be someone who enjoys both thinking and doing: writing high-quality content, creating stand out CRM campaigns and working with designers to create work that cuts through.
Key Responsibilities

Own the Scrumptious brand presence, delivering consistent, high-quality content to drive awareness and inbound opportunities

Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across content, social, email, events and paid media for Scrumptious and our portfolio of clients ensuring objectives and deadlines are met

Manage content creation and execution across email, website and LinkedIn, ensuring quality and consistency

Support delivery of events, as stand alone activations as well as integrated into wider campaigns

Support paid advertising activity (LinkedIn/Meta), including briefing and optimisation

Manage project delivery, including timelines, content calendars and team collaboration

Track and report on performance, updating monthly reports and using insights to optimise activity

Contribute as a collaborative team player, supporting a high-performing team environment
Requirements
Experience

We’re typically looking for someone with around 5 years’ experience, or equivalent capability

Experience in B2B marketing preferred, with hospitality or care sector experience a strong bonus

Proven track record of delivering high-quality content and multi-channel campaigns
Skills

Exceptional written content skills, particularly across LinkedIn, email and web

Good understanding of the full marketing mix (content, social/ LinkedIn, email, basic SEO)

Exposure to paid advertising (LinkedIn and/or Meta)

Strong eye for design, with the ability to brief designers, create simple content using tools such as Canva and edit videos using CapCut and Riverside

Comfortable using CMS platforms (eg WordPress), analytics tools (eg Google Analytics), and social scheduling platforms

Working knowledge of CRM systems and campaign tracking/reporting
